A choice of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the exclusive Santa Maria Estate in the northwest of Malta.
Just 5 mins walk from the village with its shops and restaurants, and 5 mins drive from Malta`s largest sandy beach - Mellieha Bay.
This property is set on elevated ground and enjoy superb views of the bay and valley.The apartments each have their own private terrace complimented with outside furniture.Also all 3 apartments have their own individual entrance but share the swimming pool, making this property an ideal base for family, friends etc...
The 3 spacious and recently decorated apartments can be rented individually or as a whole property accomodating 16 persons.The upper 2 apartments can be interconnected to make a one level 6 bedroom to accomodate 12 persons.The lower 2 bedroom apartment which is just next to the pool is also groundfloor and therefore is ideal for disabled persons.
All 3 apartments share the good sized swimming pool complimented with sundeck area together with umbrellas and sunloungers and a delightful BBQ area where shower and toilet facilities are available.
Each apartment has its own private parking in the driveway.
Supermarket and bus stop are just 4 mins walk from this property and therefore a car is not necessary but if you would be intersted to rent a car we can help you with this and also we can organise airport transfers for an extra cost.
