This Villa is situated in a nice and tranquil area known as Santa Maria Estate,in the village of Melleiha in the north of the Island of Malta. It consists of 3 apartments: 1 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom apartment with swimming-pool.It can be rented as a whole villa with
private pool or separate with sharing pool.The 2 bedroom and the 3 bedroom on Top floor of the villa interconnects to make one whole floor while the other 3 bedroom is groundfloor which makes it ideal for the elderly or with limited mobility. Umbrellas and deckchairs are round the pool.A built in BBQ is next to the pool to enjoy your dinners outside. The kitchen comes complete
with all pots,pans,utensils. Microwave, coffee percolator, TV with Cable, Washing Machine.
All bedrooms lead outside to the terraces and garden furniture is supplied on the balconies.
