Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Mellieha

Mellieha Village is an excellent place to stay for holidays in Malta, since it is located in the north of Malta, one can easily go to Gozo or Comino. Whilst towards the other side, one can visit St.Julians and Sliema for further nightlife and entertainment. Crossing over from Mellieha to Gozo is easy and would just require a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Gozo Channel car ferry terminal. From Mellieha to St.Julians would take approx 30 minutes drive and buses are also available frequently during the day till late (in the summer months) . The north of Malta is also ideal due to being relatively closer to larger sandy beaches, apart from its own beach in Mellieha Bay. Nearby beaches are Golden Bay and Ghajn tuffieha which are also popular beautiful beaches. The Village feast of Mellieha is on the 8th of September, that reminds the locals and tourists of some of the most important historic events from the glorious history of Malta

These villa apartments form part of a well-secured fully-detached corner villa with surrounding garden. All these self catered apartments are on the ground floor level each with their own sun patio and garden furniture. Each independent from the other and has no internal access to the upper floor on which the owners live.

An attractive pool with rock features, water fall and a separate kiddies area is on the same level with sunbathing area well equipped with sun beds. The pool measures 8m x 4m.

A mobile BBQ can be arranged accordingly.

Both 2 and 1 bedroomed apartments consist of Double/Twin Bedrooms all with Showers enclosures and Toilets. The 2-bedrooms also have 2 Showers with Toilets/hand wash basin - of which are Ensuite. One of these 2-bedrooms also has a bathroom with shower cubicle.

Spacious bedrooms that can sleep more than 2 and 4 persons respectively.

Bed Linen/Bath Towels & Kitchen Towels are provided and changed weekly.

Apartment on each corner with own front patio with garden furniture.

The apartments are air-conditioned/central heated (OPTIONAL operators with Unit Card at own cost)
