Description of the Property - Vacation Home Canj

Canj is a small tourist pleace located in the southeastern part of Montenegro, in the coastal region, between Bar and Budva, 12km from Bar ; 54 km from Tivat airport and 60 km from Podgorica airport.
The climate of Canj is characterized by long, warm and dry summers and mild, wet winters. The maximum average monthly temperature in July is 25,5 º C, and the minimum average temperature in January is 8,3 º C. The bathing season begins in the middle of May, when the seawather temperature goes up to 26º C, and lasts until mid October.
Also, Canj is renowned for its beautiful beach Â»Biserna obala Â» or Â»THE PEARL COASTÂ« 1100 meters long and has a surface of 55,000 m2. It is covered with thick layers of fine sand of different colors giving it the name Pearl Coast. In the vicinity of the tourist settlement ?anj, on the north , you can reach the small but very attractive beach Â» Kralji?ina plažaÂ« ( Queen beach) , but only from the sea. It is surrounded with sedimentary cliffs. Because of the environment, the beautiful sand and the crystal clean sea, this was the favorite beach of the Montenegrin Queen Milena.
Pansion Â»ZECÂ« is located at the very end of the ?anj beach 5 meters from sea, on the area of 2.500 m2 with a good shade and with parking lot for the guests.
