From the airport Schiphol we offer transport-shuttle for Euro 30,00 for maximum 6 persons

This site represents the association of tenants living in these apartments all located in zone 5700 centre Amsterdam.

This is absolutely no Hotel or Guesthouse. The accommodation is self-catering. No breakfast or drinks will be served.

You can enter the apartment when you like with your own keys. But smoking is not allowed. To smoke legal you have to walk to the coffeeshops which are in 5 minutes walking.
All major supermarkets, grocery, restaurants are also within 10 minutes walking

You sublet 1 or 2 rooms from your hosts with private facilities.
These apartments are unique because they have 1 family-room + 2 triple-rooms with 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens.
Or 2 family-rooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Your host use 1 family-room and you sublet the 2e family-room or 1/ 2 triple-rooms with your own kitchen + bathroom + keys.


In your room you will find a private shower or private bathtub, toilet, kitchenette or kitchen-room. You get private cooking-equipment.

A large group or 2 families that prefer the comfort and privacy of apartments can combine different triple- and family-rooms in the same flight of stairs.



Important Information:

- The host requires a refundable key-deposit to be paid within 24 hours after you receive your PayPal-invoice. Your credit card is no secure booking.

- 3 emails will be sent in 1 to 4 days explaining how to pay the key-deposit. The key-deposit will be refunded through PayPal to your credit card account on the day of departure, once you return the keys and clean the rooms. Your host offers cleaning service after your stay. You can drop the keys in the letter box on location before 11am on the day of departure.

- After your key-deposit is received a receipt, voucher and instructions on how to collect keys will be sent by e-mail. Guests have to re-confirm the exact time of key collection.

- In case of no-show/cancellation this key-deposit is non-refundable.

- The guest can pay for the stay by international bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival. On arrival payments can only be done in cash. This is not a Hotel and hosts do not have on location a credit-card service.



New Regulations Counsel Amsterdam:

- Tourists legally sublet 1 or 2 rooms with a private bathroom + kitchen directly from a host that’s renting and living in these apartments.

- You can not invite extra visitors + no parties + absolute no noise after 9pm to 8am.

- You have to pay a key-deposit of EUR 100 for 2-3 people and EUR 200 for a family of 4-6 people to secure that guests respect the house-rules which includes no inconveniences for the neighbours and keeping the rooms and kitchen daily in a clean condition.

- Your hosts sub-let in a not-commercial way to tourists, less than 140 days per year, during weekends and the school-holidays.

- The owners of these apartments do not sublet to tourists. They offer only complete 3-4 rooms apartments for indefinite time to a maximum of 4 adults.
