Inside a rural estate, this property is a traditional stone cottage, located 5 Km from Viana do Castelo, in Santa Marta de Portuzelo. This small town is famous for its folklore, gastronomy and its local festivities that take place on the second week-end of August. Distance to beach: 6 Km. Porto is 70 Km distant, and to the spanish border is 50 Km.
The cottage is the result of restoration work of the old rural store rooms, preserving the original architecture. It comprises 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), electric heaters in the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, bidet, basin and WC), fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, with sleeping couch, fireplace and TV, garden under a vineyard, with garden furniture and BBQ, parking place and a swimming pool (shared with the main house) with loungers and pool shower.
Sleeps up to 6 adults and 1 child (00-11 years).
