This house stands on top of a cliff with spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, located on the edge of Zambujeira do Mar, an unspoilt and picturesque small fishing village with a population of 900 inhabitants, on Alentejo's south-west coast, just south of Vila Nova de Milfontes and to the north of Odeceixe on the Algarve border. Within the protected area of the 'Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina' its beaches, some of them miraculously empty, constitute one of its most important attractions. Summer nights can be lively in the different bars, outdoor cafes and restaurants situated 5 minutes walking distance from the house. Three beautiful beaches and a rock pool are also just a short walk away. Due to its idyllic situation, the house catches the Atlantic breeze making air conditioning unnecessary. Once you arrive, you will find that use of the car is unnecessary except for exploring the countryside and neighbouring towns.

The semidetached 5 bedroom house has been completely renovated, redecorated and impeccably furnished. With 180 m2 living area, it offers spacious accommodation and is ideal for a large family or 2 families to share. It comprises 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor (one of them with full bunk beds), 1 twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms have verandas overlooking the sea and the main bedroom has a large terrace where a 42 jet, 6 person hot tub has been installed. Living room with fireplace and comfy seating for 10 people, dining area seating 10 persons, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, 4 garden chairs, 2 deck chairs, barbecue, veranda, patio, balcony.

Laundry service (washing and drying) available only through the housekeeper upon request. Other services can usually be arranged for an additional charge paid locally.

Property owners have a very efficient team of cleaning ladies who come to clean the house, change the beds etc. prior to the arrival and after the departure of our guests. On two week bookings, the cleaning team will come in on Saturday for a changeover with fresh towels and bed linen and will also give the house a general clean.
Please make sure you adhere to the check-in/out times because our cleaning team often only have 5 hours for the house to be changed over for the next guests arriving the same day - it is a big house to clean and turn around in that time.

A returnable deposit of 250 Euros per booking will be held against breakages and damages.
A cleaning fee of 100 Euros per booking will be charged with the rental balance.
