Description of the Property - Vacation Home Lagos
Casinha Seis is a lovely detached villa, just a 5-minute drive from Lagos, where there is a lovely marina, an abundance of shops and restaurants.
Palmares Golf course is within a few minutes drive and there are various other golf courses within easy reach. The lovely Meia Praia beach is also just a 5-minute drive away, but when you appreciate a good walk, you can take a shortcut through the hills. The villa is situated at the dead end of a small urbanisation of only six houses. There are neighbours on just one side and hardly any traffic. The villa has undergone certain refurbishments and is now an extremely comfortable home.
The villa consists of: Entrance leading to a calcada driveway and ample parking for two cars. The front door leads into a hallway of which the rooms lead off. To the right there is a smart, new, fully fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, stainless steel full cooker (90 cm), king size stainless steel fridge with two separate compartments, microwave plus usual utensils. A back door leads to small patio and built in BBQ.
Double doors lead to the comfortably furnished sitting and dining room with marble floor equipped with Hi-Fi system, sat TV (continental but with British news channels etc.), video and DVD player.
French doors lead out to a covered terrace, which has a table and chairs for al-fresco dining. Steps lead down to the good sized walled in private swimming pool (approx. 8.5 x 4.5 m) with roman steps built into one end. From the pool terrace there are lovely views across the countryside to the Monchique mountains.
There are two twin bedrooms, one having the advantage of a bathroom en suite (bath, shower, WC and basin). There is one further shower room.
OUTSIDE: The private swimming pool is set within a sunbathing terrace and from here there are lovely views across the countryside to the Monchique mountains.
