Monte Kardina is a magnificent colonial style villa set amidst stunning landscaped gardens adjacent to the delightful village of Moncarapacho . A large and beautifully laid out house furnished with style and grace , comprising a series of living spaces flooded with natural daylight opening onto a selection of terraces and lush secluded mature gardens . A spacious dining room , a comfortable tv room and a library lead to a huge gallery style party room overlooking fields of vetiver . Three separate terraces offer alternative open air dining options . The lawned pool area is studded with splendid specimen trees , roses , hibiscus , orchids and fruit trees . There are three double bedrooms in the main house and one twin bedded room , plus a charming poolside cottage with a double bed and fireplace , kitchenette , shower and small sauna .
A daily maid service is optional by negotiation , 5 star catering on request , babysitting , also car hire and airport transfers if required .

Just 3 kms is Fuzeta beach with it's island ferry and simple beach restaurants and bars . Fresh fish and supplies daily from the markets there or in Olhao. Kayaking , kite-surfing , running , cycling ,golf - here is the perfect environment to enjoy all these sports of just to relax by the pool or at the beach. Tavira is 8kms with it's many restaurants and cafes, the beautiful river running through the historic old town with the camera obscura at the observatory tower . The Spanish border is 20 minutes drive from the house , visit Seville in less than 2 hours driving .
Faro airport is half an hour's drive away .
Check in time is 2.00 pm although arrangements can be made to take in luggage prior to that time . Check out at 10.00am .50% deposit is requested on confirmation of your booking and the balance becomes due 2 weeks prior to your arrival .
Monte Kardina may be available for long term winter lets by arrangement .
