O Pequeno Castelo, the Little Castle, offers you double rooms B&B and self-catering apartments in a friendly and homely setting. You will find us only ten minutes by car from the beach of Pedras d´el Rei and 4 miles from the picturesque town of Tavira.
Santo Estevão (Saint Stephen), a typical Algarvian village is only about one mile or a fifteen minute walk along orchards of carobs, figs, oranges, almonds and olives. In the village you will find a small but very good restaurant, coffee shops, mini-markets, post-office, chemist and a hairdresser.
Enjoy your breakfast on the veranda with a splendid view over the Atlantic.
At the Little Castle you can enjoy your holidays in a pastoral area away from mass-tourism in a true Portuguese atmosphere. There are excellent walking tracks where spectacular scenery and gently rolling hills offer you the chance to get to know the country and its people.

The Little Castle offers you two big double rooms (20 m2). Both with access to a terrace with ample space with
views to the swimming pool and the surrounding hills. Both rooms share a bathroom in the tower.
Our well-furnished apartments (41m2) comprise bedroom (big double bed and raised bed suitable
for 1 - 2 children), shower room, living room with fully equipped kitchen and private terrace.
Central heating system with radiators in the rooms and under floor heating in the appartment
makes the little castle the perfect place for your winterholidays.
Our swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas is open to all our guests.
Evening Meals (Regional and international cuisine, vegetarian and vegan) on request.
