A 2 bedroom apartment in the independent upper floor of a two storey villa, in a peaceful location in São Pedro do Estoril, 10-15 mins walk to São Pedro beach and 4 km from Estoril and the casino, while Cascais is 7 km distant. Public transport is cheap and punctual. There is a bus stop around the corner which will take you to either Parede beach or São Pedro do Estoril beach. Cascais is 8 mins by train and Lisbon is 20 mins. Property is located near a bakery/cafe, butchers, chemist, convenience store, newsagents and post office. All family owned businesses giving you the personal touch as the local community is very warm and friendly. Market in Parede sells fresh fish and produce.
