This apartment is located in an elite building in the street that used to be a city highway for the highest ranked Soviet government officials on the way from their residences to Kremlin. Many of the Soviet leaders, such as Leonid Brezhnev, lived just on the same street as this apartment.

Our one and two bed room apartments are located in the city centre along the Moscow's main streets New Arbat and Kytyzovsky prospect just a minute's walk to Arbatskaya or Kievskaya metro station, and a walking distance to the Kremlin.
The Russian White House and the famous Arbat Street are within walking distance.
Important! When you book an apartment in our property for 2 persons you
will get a private studio apartment (or a one bed room) with a double bed or two single beds(you need to inform us how many beds do you need) when you book our property with 4 beds you will get a private one bed room apartment (two rooms with two double beds) You can get one extra bed on request (subject of extra agreement with the property).
When you book 6 beds you will get a private two bed room apartment 90m2
with two single beds + a double bed + a double sofa bed.
One extra bed is possible (included in the price).
Walk outside and you're in the middle of an area that both tourists and Muscovites love to visit - the New Arbat! The area is full of little coffee shops, antique stores, street artists, and souvenirs. If you want casinos and the 24-hour nightlife it's all here!
