Excellent new country house in Roche Viejo, 10 min. walking from the beach and 3 km. from Conil, in a very quiet rural area.
The house has a fenced private pool, terrace with garden furniture and a barbacue.
Inside there are three bedrooms (two with two single beds each and one with double bed), 1 bathroom, fireplace, firewood heating and an Astra satellite TV. The kitchen is completely equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven washing machine, etc.

With literally miles of wide-open beaches, framed by sand dunes and pine trees, the small fishing villages are scattered along winding roads. Rolling hills covered with sunflowers are home to beautiful Andalucian horses and herds of fighting bulls. This is Spain's most south-westerly coastline stretching from the Portuguese border to Gibraltar - and is close to many of Spain's historical cities. Holidays in this part of Spain are in the small resorts of Conil de la Frontera, and along the coast near Canos de Meca and Vejer de la Frontera. There is a selection of individual properties and hotels a short distance from beautiful beaches in small coastal towns where you can enjoy a holiday with a distinctly Spanish atmosphere.
Roche Viejo is a rural area placed 800m from the beach ( Cala Puntalejos ) and 3,5 km from the town Conil. Although it's a quiet area, there're some restaurants and a small supermarket in 5 Km around the villa.
Near to the villa you can find a range of activities such as cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, hiking, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind surfing.
