Description of the Property - Finca Patría -Vejer de la Frontera
Finca La Viña is a property of 15.000 m2, placed on a sloping hill about 150 meters above sea level. It offers great views of the coastline from Conil de la Frontera to El Palmar and of the beautiful countryside. The distance to the lovely towns of Conil and Vejer de la Frontera is about ten minutes by car, as is the distance to the wide beaches of El Palmar. A large, Andalucian style villa has recently been built on the finca. The very nice apartment is on one of the sides of the villa. It has its own entrance, fenced garden and big terrace which provides you with enough privacy. It also offers marvellous open views to the country side and the sea. On the property you'll find a very nice pool (5,75 x 3,5 meters, depth 1 to 2 meters), parasols, sun beds and garden furniture, which can all be used by the tenants.
The luxurious apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, satellite-TV and a radio/cassette/cd player.
