Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Bahia de Casare/ Casares/ Malaga
This is a new penthouse - duplex Apartment, on two levels with spacious living room 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with stunning 360º sea & mountain views in the urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia', near Estepona. This property is situated in well-kept gardens with 2 community pool areas, each with adults pool, children´s pool and several sunloungers. The penthouse has 3 terraces in total, plus a further roof terrace/ solarium on the top with spectacular 360º views on the Mediterrian and the coastline. There is air conditioning throughout for heating and cooling. On the entrance level you will find the spacious and bright living room with separate dining area for up to 6 people and comfortable lounge area. When you seat on the dining table or on the sofa, you overlook the Mediterrian sea. From living room you have direct access to the main terrace with extendable sunblinds, large dining table with 6 chairs and BBQ. From here you can overlook not only the main community pool, but also the surrounding landscapes and coastline. On the entrance level is also the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and the first bedroom with its own bathroom. Steps are leading on to the first floor where you will find the master and third bedroom. The master bedroom offers spacious double bed with 180X200 cms and an en-suite.bath with double basin, bidet, wc and a bath. From this bedroom you have direct access to the second large terrace with breathtaking seaviews. On this terracce you will find extendable sunblinds and a lordly outside lounge area with sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 sunlounggers and a coffetable. Here you can enjoy the view and relax in style! The third bedroom offers also a large double bed with 180X200cms and en-suite bath. This bedroom has also its private terrace. The hole property is furnsihed very individually with a lot of taste. On top of the property you will find the spacious roof terrace for all of you, looking for all day sun!
All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per week. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 40,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

Location
The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 14km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It's not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20min. It is a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach.
