Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Duquesa Malaga
Our apartment is in the brand new Duquesa golf and gardens complex on the Costa del Sol. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi bath and bidet and one with a shower. The kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher and microwave. It has a separate laundry with a washing machine and iron. The large sitting/dining room has a television, DVD player , a radio and CD player for quiet nights in.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with marble floors throughout. It is on the first floor with views from the balcony to the blue flag sandy beach, the swimming pools and the gardens. This new complex has three pools and a childrens pol and small playground set in beautiful tropical gardens. There is a designated secure parking space beneath the block and a lift.
