Renovated in July 2009. Fridge and washing machine are brand new. Furniture new also.
1 bedroom apartm. By Las Canteras beach, La Puntilla area. 2 single beds put together. You can separate them if you want. 2 adults and 1 kid in travel bed possible. Bed linen and towels.

CLEAN
Deep cleaning service before arrival included in price. If you want, we can arrange cleaning service during your stay.

TRANSPORTATION
We can organize transportation from and to the airport with local professionals.

TOURIST BUS
You will find bus, touristic bus, and taxi stops 1 block away. Remember buses in the Canary Islands are called Guagua.

QUIET
All windows in the flat face a patio, there is no sea view nor balcony. Fouth floor with elevator.

FURNISHED
The apartment is completely furnished. You will find towels and bed linen, everything necessary for cooking (gas gas stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer, pans...). Also hair drier, washing machine; tv, dvd, hifi.

BABIES
We are child/baby ready. We have high baby-chairs and cradles.

BUILDING
The apartment is located in a recently refurbished building with elevator and building caretaker, in a pedestrian street. It is very quiet. Furniture and electric appliances are new.

LA PUNTILLA AREA
This is the area where the best Las Palmas hotels are placed and where you will find excellent restaurants on the beach walk minutes away. Supermarket on the same steet. German bakery and famous Swedish Cafe around the corner.

LAS CANTERAS - BLUE FLAG AWARD
Las Canteras is considered one of the cleanest and best beaches of Europe. It was awarded with the European Blue Flag (http://www. lueflag. rg/).

LOCAL FLAVOR
Do not forget to try our local coffee specialty: café leche y leche. A mix of coffee, milk and sweetened condensed milk. If you are looking for sunny, relaxed local flavor this is your place.

LAS PALMAS
Las Palmas city is located in the North-East of Gran Canaria island. Las Canteras beach covers the West coast of Las Palmas. The apartment is located in La Puntilla area, very close to the Mercado del Puerto (old Port market).

THE STREET
The pedestrian street has recently changed name to Pasaje Los Gofiones, but locals will find it only if you tell them to go to Sagasta street (corner with Tenerife street).

TAXI
A taxi from the airport should cost you 20-30 euros.

SHOPPING AND CARNAVAL
You are very close to El Puerto commercial area, Parque Santa Catalina (Carnaval is celebrated there).
