Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the private Sur y Sol complex which is idealy located in a central level area of Los Cristianos only 250m from the beach. The apartment has been fully refurbished and funished, with cream leather settee's, 28' flat screen TV with BBC and ITV channels and a ceiling fan in the lounge. Both bedrooms have wall mounted LCD TVs and ceiling fans. The modern kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, mini oven, fridge etc. There is a washing machine and drying lines on the rear balcony and patio table and chairs on the front balcony. The apartment and complex are adapted for wheelchair access, but if you are in a wheelchair please check if it is suitable for your needs.
