Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Golf del Sur
A lovely, bright and spacious newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment , at Green Park, Golf del Sur. The apartment is comfortably furnished and fitted out for 4 people, but has a double bed/settee in the lounge, so can accommodate a further 2. All rooms have ceiling fans and the lounge has air conditioning, the main bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Green Park hotel is now closed and the complex is being run by the community of owners. There are many shops, bars and restaurants, both on Green Park and on the many nearby complexes. The promenade is only a few minutes walk, where you can have a meal or a drink in one of the excellent restaurants overlooking the Marina and the Ocean. The San Blas commercial centre is about 2 km away and has its bars and restaurants arranged around a square with entertainment in the evenings. Golf del Sur is ideally situated to visit the many attractions that the south of Tenerife has to offer and is only 20 mins drive from the two major south coast resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
