Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Barcelona

A large, modern apartment on the fifth floor (building has elevator) in the modern neighbourhood of Poble Nou. The neighbourhood is situated near the more quite beaches of Barcelona. This area is very popular with the local people as well. The area offers all the things you need to make your stay pleasant; restaurants, bars, supermarkets, fresh markets and shops.
The nearest metro station, Poble Nou, is only five minutes away. From there on it is only a five minutes journey Barceloneta, the harbour, and a ten minutes journey to la Rambla.
The apartment is bright because of the light decoration and the sunshine coming into the apartment. It has three bedrooms in total. Two of them have a double bed; one of them has two singe beds. There are two bathrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. The living room has a lounge and a dining area. Both the kitchen and the living room give you access to the large balcony with garden furniture.
How to reach the property:
Barcelona (BCN):
- Taxi. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the apartment depending on traffic.
- Aerobus (A1): takes you up to Plaza de Catalunya. Costs €3.75. From Plaza de Catalunya you can take:
o A Taxi to the apartment
o The metro to Barceloneta (yellow line, direction la Pau).
o Take the line 17-BARCELONETA / AV. JORDA of Bus at the station Pl de Catalunya-Portal de l'Àngel and after 6 stops you must get off at Pg Joan de Borbó-Maquinista.
- Train: The Renfe Cercanías Line 10 links the airport with the centre of the city and the Sants and França railway stations. Journey time 32 minutes. Costs €2.40. From estacio de França you can take:
o A Taxi to the apartment
Girona (GIR):
- Girona Airport Bus: one hour and 10 minutes journey to Estacio Del Norte. The cost of a single journey is €12.00 and return is €21.00. From the station you can take:
o A taxi to apartment
o The metro. The nearest metro station is Arc de Triomphe. Destination station Poble Nou.
