In the heart of Barcelona, on a side street off the famous Ramblas, our newly renovated Cosmopolitan apartments will give you a true Cosmopolitan feeling. These spacious 3 or 4 bedroom apartments with typical Catalan high ceilings sleeps up to eight or ten people. The apartments for eight people have 3 bedrooms, two of them equipped with a double bed and the last one with two single beds; these kind of apartments have one bathroom. On the other side our apartments for ten people have 4 bedrooms, each one of them equipped with two single beds; on the contrary of the first kind this kind has 2 bathrooms. Both kinds of apartments have a double sofa bed in the saloon and a full equipped kitchen. The newly renovated Cosmopolitan building has all amenities you could ask for in a designer apartment; elevator, WIFI, AC and heating. This apartment also counts with TV, iron and ironing board (on request), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and hairdryer (on request). This is one of the nine Cosmopolitan apartments.
These perfectly, centrally-located Cosmopolitan apartments are within walking distance of all major highlights of Barcelona city centre and are gorgeous historic surroundings. Most of Barcelona’ cultural gems are within walking distance, one of the closest being the little known medieval university building in El Raval. The entrance being a gothic archway, this beautiful sunny courtyard is surrounded by ancient buildings dating back to the middle ages. Complete with a fountain, statues and a café, this picturesque spot is perfect for city sunbathing. On the other side of Las Ramblas is the even older district of Barrio Gotico, which in its original form was the Roman settlement of Catalunya. Still today it preserves some of its attractive historical features, visible in the small wiggly streets and cobbled walkways and squares. Also in this area are a large number of gothic churches and Barcelona’ Cathedral. All the sights in the old historical center of Barcelona can easily be reached by foot in a couple of minutes. The apartments are also right by a metro station that can take you to all of the other city parts and touristic attractions like the famous Gaudí buildings and his Sagrada Familia! The nearest stop is Liceu, conveniently just meters away from the apartments.
