A beautiful villa in Benidoleig, close to Denia and Javea Beach. The house has a 10m x 4m heated pool, 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining room and spacious living room. It is surrounded by a lovely established garden, huge terrace and an area of grass and an olive tree where you can get shadow during the hottest days. A further roof terrace provides extra sunbathing for sun worshippers. The property sleeps 12-14 maximum.
The area "Aldea de las Cuevas", where the house is situated, is an established urbanisation of about 150 villas. It is a very calm area with beautiful surroundings of high mountains and unspoiled nature. There is a childrens' club, bar/restaurant and tennis club for use by guests and residents of the urbanisation within a 2 minute walk of the house. The beach is only 15-20 mins drive away and there are spectacular views down the valley to the Mediterranean.
The villa is situated on the Costa Blanca near Denia and Javea beach. The nearest airport is either Valencia or Alicante, both of which are about an hour's drive from the villa. Benidorm is approximately 25 minutes drive south of the villa.
There are caves not far away from the villa that you can explore. If you are into hiking and walking there are many possibilities in the area. There is a safari park about 8 km from the villa (direction Pedreguer) that could be fun both for children and adults. There is also a water park, Aqualandia, close to Benidorm, about 25 min drive from the villa.
The beach in Javea (20 mins by car) has a beautiful sand beach and promenade with several restaurants/pubs/nightclubs. There are also water sports like jet skis, para-gliding and you can also hire boats. Javea Port also has a selection of restaurants and a rockier beach with rock pools.
Denia beach (15 mins by car) is a beautiful sand beach with several restaurants along the way. Both Javea and Denia have golf courses; Club de Golf Javea (9 hole) and Club de Golf La Sella (18 hole). If you are a keen golfer, it is worth travelling a little further to Oliva Nova (25 mins) or the renowned El Saler (50 mins) near Valencia.
