The building is situated in a closed housing estate with a communal swimming pool, 40 km. from the airport and railway station of Alicante, 1 km from a world famous resort Benidorm - the main attraction of the area - permeated with the omnipresent spirit of cosmopolitism, near a new amusement park Terra Mitica - an analogue of Spanish Disneyland, that by the emotions it evokes successfully competes with the most famous attraction parks in the world, and a couple of kilometers from the golf-course, where the fans of this sport will be able to improve their style. Here you will have an excellent opportunity to spend your long-awaited holidays that, we are sure, you deserve, enjoy the calm and home comfort. For those who like the entertainment, a never-ending chain of shops, pubs, cinemas, karaoke and discos of Benidorm and Finestrat open an endless row of possibilities for leisure time spending. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, toaster, vitroceramic hob with oven, washing machine, electric kettle and all the necessary dishware and cutlery that will help you to forget that you are not at home.
The apartment meets you with a fresh relaxing air conditioning that may heat the apartment in those rare here fresh days. During time away from beach and entertainment, you may watch a coloured 28' TV. The apartment has an electric water heater that will provide hot water for shower, bathroom and kitchen needs.
Attic:
If you are not afraid of heights, we can offer you a luxurious attic with high standard furniture and direct access to a 80 m2 private terrace on the roof with sunbeds where you will be able to sunburn while enjoying the vicinities. A breath taking view on the sea and mountains!

For those who need more freedom of movement we suggest renting a car, we'll be happy to arrange it for you with a rent a car company. You may get a car either in the Alicante airport or in Benidorm upon arrival.
You will never have problems with parking - there is a private garage in the housing estate and it is free!
If for some reasons you decide not going to the beach, there is a private, communal swimming pool for residents, surrounded by a green area with a paddle court and a children play ground.
You can get to this paradise, and, believe us, we are not exaggerating, from Alicante by national road 342, about 50 min., or by motorway A-7, exit 65A (Benidorm, Playa Poniente, Terra Mitica), only 30 min., and, of course, do not forget to book your apartment with us.
