VILLA SARABANDA - Three/Four bedrooms and Private Swimming Pool, (sleeps 4 to 8 people).
Villa Sarabanda is a spacious family villa with private swimming pool situated in a residential suburb of CALPE "Los Pinos" (The pines). The villa will sleep from 2 to 8 people maximum and is within an easy 10 minutes walk to the Sea and the blue flag beach. Also within walking distance there are a good variety of restaurants and bars to choose from.
Ideal for family holidays and out of season bargain holidays - the Calpe coastline has an excellent year round sunny climate. There are numerous buget airlines that fly into Alicante which is an easy one hours drive from the villa.
Saturday to Saturday bookings only within the 'high season'.
Out of the high season - we can offer flexability with arrival and departure dates and times.

This substantial villa is built on two levels. The main living and sleeping area is on the upper level, an external staircase leads onto a large covered terrace area which is ideal for alfresco dining - the terrace is south facing and has fantastic panoramic views over Calpe and towards the Bernia mountains.
Within the villa is a good sized Lounge /dining area with TV and Hi Fi System - there is a separate kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave. The upper bedrooms comprise of - One double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room. Two twin-bedrooms and the main house bathroom.
On the lower level is the studio apartment which contains a twin bedroom with a kitchen area off - along with a small shower room.
Sorry - No pets are allowed within the villa and grounds. // Smoking is not allowed within the villa, however smoking is permitted on the covered terrace.
There is parking for two cars within the grounds of the villa. We do recommend the use of car hire when staying at the villa. Cars can be hired from Alicante airport. Villa Sarabanba is an easy one hour drive from Alicante airport - using the 'blue signed' Toll coastal road.
