Description of the Property - Vacation Home JAVEA, Alicante
Casa Maria is situated in a cul-de-sac with a fabulous backdrop of the Montgo mountain to the North. The property is in a select area with four restaurants within walking distance.
On the South-facing front of the villa, steps lead from an open terrace with sun canopies to a 10m x 5m swimming pool boasting roman style steps and underwater lighting. A private sunbathing terrace plus a well positioned Casita with sun canopy. The Casita comprises of a Bar-b-que, fridge and sink for Al Fresco dining. The Casita sits at one end of the pool and at the other is an outside shower and bar.
Casa Maria is on two levels. Internally it comprises of an L shaped glazed `Naya', to the front and west side. A large dining room and lounge with wood burner is entered from the Naya. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Guests have two double and a twin bedroom plus two bathroom/showers toilet/bidet on the ground floor. At the rear of the property is a pool/snooker room. WiFi is available. On the upper floor is a spacious, master en-suite and a further twin room.
All bedrooms are air conditioned plus three have ceiling or mobile fans. The villa has gas central heating throughout, for the winter months.
The garden area has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy with palms, cactus trees and a citrus orchard. Pick you own lemons for those very important gin & tonics.
To the side and rear of the villa, there is space for up to 4 cars to park.
All the rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard, as you would expect from YPH Villas.

This select, beautiful and well preserved seaside town is ideal for families and lies 75 minutes drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport, just off the ASP-7/E-15 toll motorway on the Costa Blanca.
Steeped in history, Jávea is overlooked from the north by the Montgo mountain, famous for the cave they call its eye. It is said locally: If you gaze into the eye you will be besotted by the area and will return year after year.
The region is known as the oasis of Spain, with an abundance of olive groves, almond trees, citrus fruits, vines and pine forests making the area green all year, despite the average 300 days of sunshine. Jávea is a popular holiday resort and the old town has maintained its whitewashed buildings and narrow streets; combined with the nightly fish markets in the port, Jávea reflects an unspoilt part of Spain. The long and safe Arenal sandy beach has a promenade fringed with bars and restaurants. At night, craft stalls are set up and there are many childrens amusements and later in the evening some of the bars become discos. There are two superb 18-hole golf courses within 1.5 Km from the villa. The area is magnificent for walking and there is a wide variety of water and other sports available.
