A very warm welcome to our vacation rental Villa 'Punta Alta' located on the upper slopes of the Montgo in Javea on the northern Costa Blanca. Here we want to introduce you to this exceptional holiday home and its surroundings from Alicante to Valencia
The coastal town of Javea on the northen Costa Blanca is one of Spains most prominent and popular seaside resorts. The Villa occupies a privileged 2000 qm large, walled and fenced compound on the upper slopes of Mount Montgo on Calle Auriga 21 just next to the nature reserve. Its just a few minutes drive to the old city centre, the 'La Sella' golf links and the many fabulous beaches. A panoramic view glides over a wide valley with orange and almond plantations and to the high mountains of the hinterland
The Villa features a halfround terrace (naya), a patio with barbecue grill. mer, dining room, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, lobby und and two bedrooms Schlafzimmer ion the ground floor. The whole first floor is occupied by the airconditioned master bedroom, a wardrobe section and the large master bath with attached sun terrace. The basement stores the firewood for our winter guests.
The 10 x 5 m large, deep and fully tiled pool complements the 2000 sqm large garden. It is stocked with a large grass area, many palm- and other trees and flowering bushes. Hence it is the perfect place for a play with the kids or for dreaming under a shady tree roof
The Villa is equipped with all modern Ameneties e.g.. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric grill, oven and cooker, fridge/freezer combo, ceiling ventilators, fireplace with heat ventilator, sat TV, two small stereo systems with CD player, aircon in master bedroom, electric space heaters
Travel connections: The ferry to Ibiza and Mallorca leaves from Denia, 10km near, the next highway exit is 7 km, next railway station: 2 km, airports in Alicante and Valencia 100km, Supermarkt and Restaurants 1 km. A car or motorbike is recommended to get around. Local rental companies with offices in Alicante and Valencia airports are plenty and offer attractive rates. See the more links page.
