Our luxury villa is situated in a quiet residential area between La Nucia and Benidorm.
A lovely quiet place for a holiday.
Around the house is the large garden of 330 m2.
A small pond with fish lies in the front yard.
Four terraces for sun and shade around the house with a private pool in the evening lighted. Check out the photo album!
A barbecue is available on the terrace.

The garden is completely enclosed and surrounded by a wall and a large fence.
A parking place in the garden behind the gate.

The house is tastefully decorated for private use.
The living room is adjacent to a large terrace overlooking the sea and mountains.
A lovely cool and calm place to have dinner in the evening.

The lounge bed near the pool is a hit. Very nice champagne corner to relax
The bedrooms are provided with clean linen and towels are ready by arrival.
The pool will be cleaned every week in the summer.
A swing and a children's playground is available under the huge pepper tree in the backyard.

Our house lies 6 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Benidorm on the Costa Blanca.
Benidorm is a large resort with many water sport activities. The beaches of Alfaz del Pi and Altea are calmer.
