COSTA BLANCA TORREVIEJA
Situation is about 45 km south of Alicante and is a real typical Spanish town with the "lifestyle" of today.
So there are a lot of Spanish people who enjoy the holidays over here. Because of the natural salt lakes one of the healthiest places in the world. (For a lot of people with psoriases, asthma or a rheumatism illness has these beneficial effects).
A gentle climate in the winter (16 "“21 degree C) and more than 320 days of sunshine in the year and a summer which is not to hot it makes Torrevieja to a healthy and lovely place.
Torrevieja has a lot of possibilities for different kinds of sports: Golf, schools for martial arts, horseback riding, parasailing, tennis and a lot of water sports. All the beaches are really clean and rightfully earned" The Blue Flag", the symbol of the EU.
One of the oldest fishing harbor and marina of Spain is in the middle of the center from Torrevieja and it has also a 3 km long boulevard with a lot of restaurants, bars and many stores.
Every Friday you can visit one of the biggest markets from Spain and daily in the center of Torrevieja there is a trade market.

New luxury apartment building (2 floors) with luxury apartments for 4 persons, on the second floor in the Calle de Fragata 46-2-28(Nortico 5) Torrevieja.
With a big open kitchen and livingroom, big balcony which has demountable windows (ideal in the wintertime) and electric sun blinds, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, big private roof terrace.
Whole apartment has floor heating. Private parking in the cellar.
In the apartment building is a panorama elevator.
In the apartment is:
Sat. TV, radio cassette, CD-player, electric cooking installation with oven, fridge/freezer, grill/raclette, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, water boiler, coffee machine, steam iron /table, ventilators, wake up radio, telephone (on demand).
Quietly placed 5 minut walk to the beach and center of town.
We can arrange car rental and a service to pick you up and bring you back to Alicante airport.
