Finca Lluchmajor

A former barn and 2 other little buildings have been renovated and changed in two separate and pretty cottages (one for 2 people and the other for 4 persons), which immediately transform real holiday feeling.

The third part of the U-arrangement of buildings is the painting and sculpture gallery of the owner, who lives in a separate house on the main house of the finca.

Each of the two apartments has a small private garden with terrace, table, sun beds and barbecue.

The lovely decorated cottage Géminis for 4 people is divided into a living room and kitchen area and a separate bedroom on the ground floor, as well as the sleeping area of the gallery upstairs.
The living room has satellite TV and music system (home cinema).

The fully equipped open kitchen with dining table is usgestattet with fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils.

From the living room there is the access to the master bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm). On the ground floor there is also a small pantry and a guest toilet.

From the living room a staircase leads to the gallery bedroom and to the bathroom.

The 180 x 200 m wide bed has 2 single mattresses, a ceramic headboard, made by the owner. The bathroom in rustic style is still modern and has a spacious shower cabine.

There is air conditioning in the living room and a fire oven for the winter time

On the very large plot of land (approximately 20.000 m2) there is a pool area that is used by both the tenants as well as the owner's family.

Swim in the 4x9 meter pool (roman form with semi-circular steps) take a sunbath on a sun bed on the spacious pool deck or enjoy a glass of wine on the pergola overlooking the pool.

From the private garden of each apartment there are gates to the pool area.

Decoration, with charakter:

There are many sculptures from the owner on the land.
And also the two little houses themselves are full of character, decorated with individual works of art, sculptures, paintings and ceramics from the owner.

The paintings and sculptures of the owners gallery can be visited by art lovers. For interested persons, the owner upon request also organices workshops in painting or ceramic works..

The property is independently supplied with solar energy. If needed, a diesel generator (from the apartment inaudible) help. There is air conditioning in the living room for the summer month.

For the colder season stove creates a cozy warmth. Firewood must be paid by the tenants separately.

Laundry: It is possible to wash and iron clothes.

The property is located in a rural and quiet location. In the main house lives the owner, a painter and sculptor, and he is available for you in any case, you have some question during your stay. The finca cottage has an own enclosed private garden with terrace, sun loungers, garden table and barbecue. The large pool on the land nearby is shared.
Several beaches and coves can be reached by car in 10 to 25 minutes. The very long natural beach of Sa Rápita-Es Trenc is situated about 15 km from your vacation home.
