Builtin 1999, this classical restored Finca building is furnished in a typical Mallorcan style. At 120 square meters, it can accommodate up to 6 persons and comprises a living dining area with an open fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The master bed room is located on the ground floor and it has a double bed of 1800 x1900 mm size.
The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and are located on the first floor.
There is a swimming pool with a separate bathroom.
The Interior is furnished in a typically Mallorcan style and includes:
Double Bed, Sofa Bed, fold up Bed, Childs Cot, Childs high Chair, TV and Satellite unit, Fridge and Freezer, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Microwave, Benchtop stove, Washing Machine, bed linen and towels.
For tennis fans, a tennis court is also located on this 10.000 sqm large property.
Of course for swimmers there is a 5x10 metre pool directly located next to the tennis court with a large terrace, shower and toilet. The pool and terrace are lit at night and this is a pleasant place to spend the evenings

The typical Mallorcan dry stone walls and cast iron gate surrounding the estate give a sense of comfort and security.
