Description Finca Palma de Mallorca

The 450 square meters large, secluded chalet with private pool on the northern outskirts of Palma de Mallorca is perfect for families and groups up to 20 people. There are 9 free allergy-free bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms in a fenced 3000 sq. ground. The property consists of the main house, outbuildings with studio and the patio, courtyard with BBQ, a large pool and garden areas. Almost all rooms have safes, air conditioning and central heating. All rooms can be darkened up; they are very quiet and have large double beds. In the whole house there is free internet available.

The ground floor offers a cozy living room with an open large corner fireplace, a TV corner, the Mallorca library and the dining room for 20 people. Upstairs is another very bright living room with TV corner and several sofas. In the two living rooms are satellite TV, Spanish TV and spacious seating for a cozy gathering.

The rustic fully equipped kitchen with fireplace is a dream for any housewife or cook. On the one hand because it is so very cozy, partly because it is so well equipped for a comfortable self-catering holiday, be it the dishes, the many household appliances such as 4-ring gas stove, oven, dishwasher, several coffee makers, espresso machine, toaster, contact grill, grill utensils, blender , Juicer, coolers, laundry. The dining room and the kitchen there is place for more than 20 people. Also, there are three refrigerators and a large pantry with lots of storage space and shelves right next door.

The big holiday house has nine large and individually decorated double bedrooms and four bathrooms. In the main building there are two bedrooms on the ground floor, upstairs, there are five bedrooms and two are in the annexe. The Non-smoking bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans and central heating. The beautifully decorated bedrooms have large wardrobes, Majorcan blinds and allergy-free bedding in queen-or king-size format. For the kids there is a Baby Bay and a cot for free. On the ground and first floor are free safes for the guests. All bedrooms are equipped by arrival with two bath towels and hand towels. Suitable for all seasons and a weekly linen change is provided from us. From the rooms you are overlooking the courtyard, gardens or the Tramuntana Mountain.

There are four bathrooms in the house, two of which are full baths. The most beautiful bathroom is on the ground floor of the main building of the Finca (bath, shower and toilet). All four bathrooms have windows and central heating. Upstairs there are two further bathrooms, a full bath and a modern shower room. In the annexe building there is a small bathroom with shower available. All bathrooms have a soap dispenser, hair dryer and towels. On request, we conduct daily baths or house cleaning.

The rent per day is 210-560 € for the whole house, depending on the number of persons and season. This quiet country house is rented all year round and also on weekends, for example, for family celebrations, parties and corporate or club outings. The chalet is ideally located because of its proximity to Palma and the sea.

Minimum stay in the low and mid-season is 3 days and one week in the high season.

CONDITIONS: After booking you have to pay in advance 50 % of the rental amount by bank transfer or with credit card. Please understand, that the reservation for a private holiday home must be guaranteed by this payment, which is fully covered in any case by the HomeAway Group. In case of a cancellation of your reservation it would never be possible to find exactly for this date a big group. That is the reason why we recommend, that you book travel insurance, which insure all these damages that could occur. Our recommendable business partner, the HomeAway Group Inc., insures all guest payments up to 4000 Euros. So there is no financial risk for you. For further details you can contact us, we make the insurance for all our guests automatically.

For groups up to 12 persons, we provide during the low season a special discount of 50% on the normal rental prices (limited number of persons and bedrooms!). By this bookings must be paid the total amount in advance because of the special high discount. Easter is calculated as the peak season. Only weekends in the off season are surcharge with 1 day. All operating costs are included in the rent.You will not pay the running costs, for example cleaning of the pool or garden etc. Extra costs such as electricity, gas, water, pool maintenance, air-conditioning, central heating and a weekly change of bed linen and towels are as well included in the rental price. You can use for free a wireless Wi-Fi-WLAN internet access or a modem and unlimited calls to all landline phones of all European countries via our VoIP-homepage. You have to use your own laptop with this system.

We only charge for the final cleaning 300 Euros. The absolute unique and best you can make is to insure all your group members with the "holiday house damage liability insurance”, then you pay only 500 Euros loss damage deposit instead of 1000 Euros. This insurance of Lloyds costs only 10 Euros per person and is high recommended, because any damages would be covered. We manage it for you; you will have no paperwork at all. You pay the insurance amount directly to us and we include this in our booking confirmation. The loss damage deposit will be refunded after the return of the house key and after cleaning as well as an inspection by the landlord or his key holder within four weeks by bank.

    EXCURSIONES: Majorca, the island of thousand faces, has established itself as one of the most popular vacation destination worldwide. The mild climate and many possibilities during all the year bring an impressive 12 million visitors from various countries to the Balearic Island. Sun, beach, various activities, culture, excursions, shopping and nightlife - in Majorca, everything is possible.

    The most impressive and imposing building in Palma is the gigantic cathedral. It is situated in the Old town in the modern park Parc de la Mar. Near to the cathedral you will find the second most important buildings of Palma, the Almudaina palace. Palma's Old town with its see sights, small romantic streets and with a Medi-terranean ambience will fascinate you. Various fish restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, bars, boutiques, galleries and museum of famous artists attract not only the tourists but also the local habitants.

    Very famous is the romantic mountain villages of Valldemossa, where the composer Frederic Chopin and George Sand lived for one while, the artistic Fornalutx, which has been considered as the most beautiful village in Spain, or the artists' village of Deia.     The cathedral of Palma: a must for any visit is the Cathedral of Mallorca. It was the 13th Century and has the Spanish name "La Seu" The light. The cathedral was built directly on the site of the mosque, after the Moors were marketed. With its length of 120 meters and height of 40 meters dominates the cityscape. The cathedral is open to visitors from 10 o’clock and this time the light falls into the most beautiful by about 12 meters in diameter, large rose window. The view from the cathedral of the city is also worth seeing.

    “Marineland” in Palma: Not far from Portals Nous, on the beach, lays the Marineland. Open year-round amusement park has over the years created a separate department for environmental education.     - Taxi:
    The easiest and fastest way is to get in a taxi directly at the airport. The trip takes less than 15 min. and costs about 30 €.

    - By public transport:
    The fare is about 4 €/person and it takes 60-90 min. You climb into the Blue Bus line No. 1 at the bus stop, which is immediately at the exit of the airport on the right side, and travel up to the central train station, (Estacion Plaza España). The bus departs every 10 minutes at the airport. Change to high speed railway Palma-Inca-Manacor, to stop "Pont d'Inca Nou" and from there to the red-yellow-Express bus No. 302 or 302A to stop "Son Daviu/Es Garrovers" The bus stop is 50 m from the finca chalet.

    - Rental Car:
    The rental cars you may receive at the airport in the park-garage, we recommend the reservation through the Internet with email-car-hire.com or doyouspain.com.
