Maisonette NEFELI (47 m²) for 3-5 persons

The comfortable maisonette is located on the 1st floor with a lovely furnished balcony and a full view of green scenery and mountains.
It consists of two levels. The lower level (32 square metres) includes the combined living room/bedroom with double bed or two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe. Living room and bedroom are separated by a low wall. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs and a masonry canapé, which can be used as an additional bed. The built-in kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, small oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and a coffeemaker. In the elegant marble-tiled bathroom are a shower, WC and a wash basin with a large mirror.
A marble staircase leads up to a gallery, with window, of about 15 square metres. Here are a second bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and a smaller bathroom with shower and WC. The gallery offers a view of the lower level.
