A unique renovated country house (120 M2) in a beautiful winery hill with great view to the sea. It stands 7 klm from the beach, 9 klm from Aigion, 36 klm from Patras
The 120 m2 farmhouse is stone-built and is situated in a 1500 m2 fenced farm.
It is recently renovated, fully comfortable and consists of :
- A big living room with fireplace
- Two bedrooms with 2 twin-beds, 2 singe-beds and 1
sofa (converting into twin-bed)
- Two fully equipped kitchens
- Two bathrooms
Central heating is also available.
A tiled yard of 150 m2 with a low stone fence is surrounding the house.
A wonderful view over the Corinthian Bay sea and the vineyard hills of Achaia as well
In the fenced farm, there is a nice garden with flowers in front
of the house, while the entire land is covered with olive trees.
A big parking place within the fenced land, allows some 5-7 carsto park quite comfortably.
Just in front of the farm, the province road leads to the national
road Athens-Patras.
DETAILED INFORMATION OF THE AREA
The whole area is covered with vineyards and olive trees and is
situated near the small village Mertidi.
The distance from the beautiful shores of Egion is only 7-8 Km.
Starting from this place, the well known archaeological sites
Delphi, Olympia and Epidaurus are within 2 hours drive, while
Patras and Helmos ski center are within 1 hour drive.
The area is also recommended for mountain activities. The
picturesque paths are ideal for wandering and biking. The
very famous Vouraikos gorge, as well as the lake caves at
Kastria, Kalavrita, is highly recommended.

There are daily connections by MINOAN LINES from Venice and Ancona to Patra.
By road from Patra:
National road Patra – Corinthos – Athens. When you reach the 1st exit for Egio(179 klm), follow the direction to Sympolitia-Lakka and afterwards, turn left for Aghio Konstantino and Mertidi (45 km).
