Villa size: approx 250 m2 - Area of property: 1500 m2 - Shops and dining at: approx 1 kms - Walk to beach: at approx 200 m - The villa is at around 50 metres from the main road that leads to all the south eastern beaches , hotels and discos, direction Villasimius. Therefore there can be especially on Saturday the noise of the cars. The beach is a normal sandy one.

Large detached comfortable villa with private swimming pool and its private tennis court. It has an external open air kitchen with a large marble table. Four steps in marble lead to the veranda and give access to the living room. In the same floor there is one shower bathroom and two single bedrooms.
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom and 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower bathroom. Terrace with pool view;. Outside shower, hot and cold water. Washing machine and dish washer- Air conditioning.
N.B. there is a maid every day for three hours ( five times per week) to clean the house and there is house keeper looking after the swimming pool and the garden ( It is included in the house)
Please note there is no internal kitchen. An extra charge will be charged for the use of the lights of the tennis court.
