The"Stazzu Lu Malchesi"is in a truly beautiful spot on higher ground in an open countryside. The house is surrounded by land with trees, meadows, bushes and covered in a perfume of the wild flowers and herbs.
On our farm we have many animals like cows, pigs, donkeys, geese, goats and they are in closed , fenced areas.
We have however also 3 dogs , which watch our property and are free to go where they wish.
The dogs are good natured towards people , but still, children sometimes are over friendly with dogs might not be understood as such and therefore we advise you not to leave your children alone with the dogs when they go into the garden.
Stazzu Lu Malchesi is a beautiful single storey stone farmhouse which has been sympathetically restored and sits in a wonderful spot in open countryside, within driving distance of the Costa Smeralda. The interior has lots of character, with the use of both antique and more rustic furniture. The lounge has a feature fireplace and a TV, the separate kitchen is equipped with an oven and a fridge-freezer. 1 double bedroom has an extra single bed with another separate single bedroom. 1 shower room with WC, washing machine. A cot is available (pre-bookable). There is a large covered terrace area along one side of the building and plenty of shaded spots throughout the large garden.

The'Stazzu Lu Malchesi'is in a truly beautiful spot, surrounded by open countryside, surrounded by green trees and the perfume of the wild flowers coming from the bushes of the Mediterranean nature.Yet only 13km from the coast Golfo di Arzachena and 25km from Porto Cervo and 7km from the inland town of Arzachena. A good selection of restaurants, bars and shops can be found in Arzachena, together with banks and main transport links. The coastal resort of Cannegione is also only 13km from the property.

Car From the airport the Olbia "˜s port only 30 km .
You take the route 125 direction Arzachena 22km.In Arzachena ,turn left take road to Luogosanto, after 7km ,
Turn left in a dirt-road for about 2 km .
