Montefalco is a very beautiful village in countryside, located on a hill from where it is possible to see all of the valley. The area is famous for sagrantino wine and olive oil. There are also several lovely Romanesque, Renaissance and Gothic churches to see in the town. Every year, around Easter, the town enjoys an important festival called Settimana Enologica, or 'Wine Week'.
