This beautiful property is at the Kas Peninsula with spectacular views over to the Greek Island of Meis. Our property is a maisonette on the groundfloor with large own terraces, three bedrooms (6 sleeps) and two bathrooms. The complex is build on a half acre of beautiful gardens overlooking the most unspoilt coastline of the Mediterranean. It is a very peaceful location, 4 km from the charming town of Kas, about a 5 minutes dolmus ride. There are several hotels and restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the holiday home from whose terraces the glorious Turkish sunset can be enjoyed.

Beach platforms have been provided for guests' use and these are a 5 minute walk from the house. The crystal clear waters will provide hours of snorkelling fun for the family. Close to the house, at the beachbar of hotel Aquarius, you can use the beach terraces and use of free sun-beds, parasols, shower and toilets.

Useful information:

At the airport you have a visa, pay in cash in euro’s, GBP or dollars. For Western Europeans (summer 2011) the costs are € 15,- per person.

Airport transfer and/or car rent, can be arranged by Andifli Rent a Car, info@andifli.com / www.andifli.com:
From Dalaman (140km) or Antalya (200km) 4 persons € 70,-
By minibus up to 8 persons € 15,- extra.

If you rent one of their cars for minimum 7 days they won’t charge the driverservice and take you to the property, you will only pay the car rental and the gasoline. The driver gives you the property keys.

Own transport going to Kas
From Antalya to Kas follow Kemer – Finike - Demre – Kas,
be aware that about 30 km along the coast has quiet some curves.

From Dalaman to Kas follow Fethiye – Kalkan – Kas.

When you arrive in Kas you pick up the keys at Andifli Rent a Car(in summer open till midnight/winter till 8 pm),
Belediye Dükanlari 64, behind the city hall.

Driving to Mavi Manzara
Take the road to the Peninsula (4km from center), turn left at the cross. After 1 kilometer you find Mavi Manzara at the left in the first bay after the bus stop and next to Villa Yaz.
