5 Minutes to Disneyworld! A beautiful, fully furnished, 3 or 4 bedroom / 2 bath, vacation home with private pool!!! Everything you need is supplied for your use, except your personal belongings of course. We are the owners and take great pride in our homes. We also live nearby to be of any assistance. The best part is there are no gimmicks!

We are centrally located to all Florida has to offer. So enjoy the home, and head out for those day trips.
We do require a $250 deposit to hold your dates, and the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A separate $250 Damage deposit is also required, but will be returned upon satisfactory departure inspection.
We offer a flat rate of $110 US Dollars for a 3 bedroom home, and $120 US Dollars for a 4 bedroom. There is a tourist tax of 13% and $65 Clean fee added. If pool heat is required from Oct. to March, there is an additional fee of $25 per day. That's it. Like I said, no gimmicks. Just a great rate for a great stay.
