Cute and small apartment in a very quiet countryside house. It is located on the top of the hill of Leivi and overlooking the gulf. The apartment enjoys beautiful panoramic views either on the sea and on the surrounding woods or olive groves.
The apartment is situated at the ground floor of the house and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is fully furnished in a modern style and offers a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, one fully equipped kitchen, one nice double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. The entrance of the apartment is along a spacious and flowery balcony offering a magnificent view over the sea and a cosy spot arranged with table. The apartment is cool and comfortable during the summer with no need of air conditioning. A private car park outside the house is also available.
Pets accepted, children welcome.
Leivi area is 6 km far from the coast and Chiavari downtown. Beaches are at 20 min. drive from the apartment. Ideal position also for hill-walking, horse riding or interesting trips to Cinque Terre villages and to Portofino Bay
