Maison Milhac is a beautiful brand new villa built in traditional Périgord style with a private pool and offers sleeping place for 8 people. The house is situated on a small road about 2 km from the picturesque village Milhac where you can find a bakery and a nice restaurant.
Interior
On the first floor you can find the living room and a separate kitchen. Also you will find a spacious bedroom with a good quality large double bed, a private bathroom and toilet. Through the open doors you will reach the covered terrace which overlooks the pool and the surrounding countryside. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom.
The large living room with a nice fireplace has satellite TV, DVD and good quality of sound system. Of course there is internet.
The kitchen has a 6 burner stove and is luxuriously equipped. There is a large American fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, coffee maker and toaster.
Outside
The total surface area is about 7000m2. The covered terrace with panoramic views of the countryside, provides direct access to the pool ( 8x4 meters ).
An extensive area with lawns on the front and a breathtaking view over the valley. It offers endless opportunities for hiking in the woods and there is much space for children to play safely. There are shaded areas on either side of the house. A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking the heated swimming pool. What else would you need during your holidays…?
Environment
Particularly in Milhac is the castle that is located on the edge of the village. Through a specially built way you can find the castle and the adjacent church. Milhac is about 20 miles south of Sarlat, one of the most famous places in the Perigord. The Dordogne River where you can picnic and swim in is just 5 km away.
