Villa Montemar is the beautiful family house. It has one(4-bed) apartment with all necessary equipment (starts from 60E/1day/per apartment) and two luxury acclimatized twin bed rooms with bathrooms (starts from 30E/1day/per 1room) for rent .
The house is on the shore, 4km away from the old part of city of Kotor, one of the most beautiful towns on Adriatic Sea. The terrace with typical Mediterranean vegetation and a beautiful view makes this villa a right place for a vacation. We have our own parking place, beach equipment, bikes etc.
The shores of a unique natural fjord,the gulf of Bokakotorska are adorned by a dozen of so protected urban and rural jewels dominated by the ancient town of Kotor ,patinated by long centuries. Together with its environs it has been entered in UNESKO's List of the World Natural and Cultural Heritage.
It would be hard to find another place where on such small area nature has been so generous in the contrast between blue sea, grey mountain crags and gentle Mediterranean landscape, allied with immeasurable wealth and diversity of forms created by human hands throughout the centuries.
The old city which is old over 2000years,is real treasure of historical monuments (Cathedral of St.Tryphon, the church of St.Lucas, numerous mansions of the Kotor landowners) and the source of rich museum and archival materials.
The city squares and narrow streets of Kotor makes it like open stage where many traditional performances are taking place. Fashion and the like, and smooth waters are ideal for practicing water sports
Old Kotor has many historical objects, churches, as well as nice restaurants with traditional domestic food(smoked ham,cheese,fish,olives,wines,etc.) cafés and places for fun. There is also possibility for bus and boat trips organized by local travel agencies.
