Convenient to everything, yet feeling a world apart, the Pond is a truly unique experience and an excellent base for your Alaskan adventure. You can kayak with the whales, get married on a glacier, catch a king salmon, or hike up a mountain and return to your warm and inviting room to relax with a glass of wine in front of your own fireplace. We are well known as a romantic destination for couples, a destination wedding venue, and an excellent spot to base an Alaskan vacation adventure or Juneau business trip.

Hospitality and service quality are our most important goals and we take great pride in providing a memorable experience for all of our guests and clients! Our guest to employee ratio is 2.5:1, allowing us to provide uniquely personalized service to each guest. All of our rooms feature eco-friendly fireplaces, water or forest views, top of the line featherbeds and linens, kitchenettes, sitting areas, flat screen TVs, private entrances and more. Our premium studios also feature 2 person whirlpool tubs, rainfall showers, skylights, and a balcony overlooking our glacial kettle pond with a wonderful view of the forest and mountains.

Our on-site wellness spa offers a full array of massage services and moisturizing therapies. Our pristine grounds have been showcased in Sunset Magazine and we provide an outdoor sauna and hot tubs; a fitness center; and a wide array of outdoor equipment for your use including bikes, BBQs, kayaks and much more. In summer, a delicious hot breakfast entrée is included with our regular continental breakfast, as is an afternoon tea/snack and evening hospitality hour.
