The property adjoins a 160 aces wildlife preserve and is only minutes from the world famous Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and the Saguaro National Park West. It is the perfect destination for those wanting stunning desert and mountain views, clear star-studded night skies and spectacular sunsets.
The house features brick floors, wood ceilings and Mexican tile through out. The brightly painted doors and cabinets, Mexican decorations are reminiscent of features found in Mexican haciendas. Each living area has ceiling fans and electric heating as well as evaporative cooling. The living room features an adobe fireplace, a foldout couch, a TV with VCR and open access to the dining area and the large kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and private patio. One bedroom has an adobe fireplace. Enjoy Tucson's mild climate on the south facing patio or in the out door hot tub.
Attached to Casa Luna is Casita Nopalito. The casita features one bedroom, a full bath, a living/dining/kitchen area, and a private patio. The brightly colored kitchen includes a two-burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The living room is complete with a fold down futon, cable TV with VCR and a telephone. There is one queen bed in the bedroom and a full bath. The west facing patio is perfect for viewing the spectacular sunsets of the Sonoran desert.
