This beautiful, three bedroom condominium is located in a newer three unit building on the Marina del Rey Peninsula only one block from the beach and a half block from the Venice Grand Canal.
Marina del Rey is one of the largest, small craft harbors in the world and has been the backdrop for literally hundreds of movies and television shows from Gilligans Island to Baywatch. You can walk to the local beach which is quiet or walk up to Venice Beach where you can find muscle men, snake charmers, and chain saw jugglers. Sidewalk dining in quaint restaurants is right around the corner.
Marina del Rey is 15 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), ten minutes from Santa Monica, 30 minutes from the Getty Museum, 45 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Universal Studios, and Disneyland.
