Two master bedrooms with private baths, walkin closets and vaulted ceilings and TV. Cable for 3 tv;s, phone and utilities included. Half bath downstairs. Two assigned private parking spots out front. Large patio off livingroom. Full size washer and dryer. Everything is top quality. Two air mattress with linens for extra guests provided. Complex is only 3 miles from Cocoa Beach, 1mi to Cape Canaveral and 5 miles to Kennedy Space Center. Watch launches from the beach. Only 40 minute drive to Orlando Airport! Go to Disney Parks and enjoy the beach other days. Plenty of restaurants, shops, groceries and parks very close to the townhouse. Tropical setting even has peacocks walking about.
