This beautiful home on deep sailboat water has 60' of waterfront,
with a 45' dock. Bring your own boat, or have a rental boat
delivered to the dock.
Historic Punta Gorda is on Charlotte Harbour reowned for sailing,
boating, fishing, golf, & tennis. We are close to Fishermans
Village which has shopping, boat rental, and dining where you can
watch beautiful sunsets and the dolphins playing.
Ft Meyers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are 1/2 hour to the south,
and Busch Gardens and Disney World are 2-2 1/2 hours to the north.
Our home has everything NEW, and is decorated with bright, vibrant
colors. It has cathedral ceilings, a beautiful entertainment
center, tile thoughout, a breakfast nook, formal dining room with a
beautiful dining table that will seat 12 people, split bedrooms, and
a large walk in shower in the master bathroom. The swimming pool is
heated with a cage. We fish from our dock, kayak, besides boating.
We provide unlimited High Speed wireless Internet, beach
towels, ice chest, 2 kayaks & 2 bikes!!!!! Also for the kids a 'Play
Station II' & some games. Unlimited US & Canada calling.
