NO PROBLEM - MY BEAUTIFUL VILLA IS SITUATED IN IDEAL LOCATION FOR EITHER ACTION OR RELAXATION.

MY VILLA provides the perfect retreat from all the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and shopping areas. It is situated on the tranquil, much sought after sub divison of Orange Tree (off Highway 27) which is set amongst orange groves and is within minutes of Disney World and the other attractions that Orlando has to offer.
On site amenities include a five-acre recreational area with a soccer field, toddlers playground, full-size basketball court and tennis court and there are numerous nearby golf courses to choose from.
THE SW facing screened pool is ideal for relaxing and topping up your tan as it is sun drenched for most of the day and backs onto a conservation area for extra privacy. For that relaxing evening swim it has under water illumination. The pool deck has an outside shower with six sun loungers whilst the extra large lanai (a covered area which provides shade from the sun) is ideal for al-fresco meals with its patio table and four chairs. This area may also be used for smoking, as it is not permitted within the house.
For the safety of children there is a child safety fence (which can be rolled away in minutes if there are no children in the party) and all doors leading to the pool are alarmed.
The spacious interior of the villa is immaculate and tastefully decorated with high vaulted ceilings throughout to give a light and airy feel. It is also fully air conditioned for the comfort of the guest.
THE GREAT ROOM is a large open lounge with a three-seater pull-out sofabed,a two seater sofa, armchair, coffee table,cable TV, VCR, hi-fi system and has impressive large French doors leading to the pool/lanai area.
THE DINING ROOM is an extension to the great room seating for 6.
THE KITCHEN faces South to provide a bright breakfast area (which seats four) for a perfect sunny start to the day. It has an oven, refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), microwave, sink unit with garbage disposal, coffee maker and food blender.
THE MASTER BEDROOM has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and French doors leading directly to the lanai/pool area, for that early morning swim. The en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom boasts twin washbasins in a vanity unit, a large oval bath, a separate walk-in shower and WC. (Please note that it is also suitable for disabled/elderly guests).

THE GUEST MASTER BEDROOM has a queen-size bed, closet and en-suite comprising a washbasin in a vanity unit, bath/shower, and WC.
BEDROOM 3 has two single beds, a closet, and chest of drawers.
BEDROOM 4 has two single beds, a closet, and chest of drawers.
BATHROOM 3 is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 and has a washbasin in a vanity unit, bath/shower, and WC.
THE DOUBLE INTEGRAL GARAGE houses the games room (pool and air hockey) and laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Why waste time ironing before you visit the villa? Just throw a few clothes in a case and wash/iron as you need them. Why fill up you case with unnecessary weight when it can be used for taking your new clothes home instead? Don't forget that there are many discount designer shops in Orlando!!!
There is a convenient shopping plaza nearby with Winn Dixie supermarket, bank, pizza delivery and post office.
The house is looked after by a professional management company who are only a phone call away, should you need any help.
A phone is provided, to enable your friends and relatives to stay in contact with you (should you wish) but it is advisable to buy prepay cards from the nearby shops to keep the cost down, although they can always ring you! A hair dryer, alarm clocks, crockery, cutlery, bed linen and towels are provided, including separate pool towels. So all you need now for that extra special holiday is to book my villa, pack your bags, and enjoy yourselves!!!
