Tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a modern kitchen with granite countertops and two bathrooms. The screened lanai and pool area overlook the large private garden with palm trees and the water of a Cape Coral’s wide Canal. Enjoy Cape Coral's tropical weather while lounging by the pool, exploring over 400 miles of canals or the Gulf of Mexico to spot the dolphins or the big manatees beside your 190hp boat or go dinning at one of the many waterrestaurants. This is the perfect place to escape and relax.

Cape Coral, Florida is a tropical paradise with more than 400 miles of canals to explore and enjoy. Our home is in a Million dollar neighborhood located close to Cape Harbour where are nice shops and restaurants. However, most of our guests prefer to enjoy the boat rental that is included with our Cape Coral home for rent and use it to visit boater's only beaches and destinations. There are also many area restaurants offering dockage for diners arriving by boat. There is really no better way to experience all that south west Florida has to offer than with a boat rental. We provide area maps, charts and an on-the-water dining guide for our guests' exclusive use during their stay. You can use the fishing equipment at the property to fish off the dock or ask our check out captain about great fishing spots! While many Cape Coral vacation rentals offer canal access, Bayside provides convenience and economy by including your boat rental with this beautiful home for rent.

Boat is included in the rate

Please send me an email for an all-inclusive rate based on the length of your visit and number of guests.

A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required. (500 boat and 500 home)

11% Florida tax will be added to the base rental rate.

A 25% non-refundable confirmation deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days in advance of arrival.

Boat cleaning and inspection fee $145.

Price includes $50 per week allowance for electricity

Cleaning fee at time of departure is $150.

Holiday fee of $400/week added to Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks.

Excluding fuel for boat.
