High standard furnishings throughout make this house particularly enjoyable. The master suite with king-size bed and private access to the pool has an elegant passage to the spacious master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, separate restroom and large walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds.
If interested in boating you can also rent our boat, a 2008 Four Winns F224 day cruiser, and explore the wonderful attractions surrounding Cape Coral: Captiva, Sanibel Islands, Fort Myers and Naples Beaches. There are many ways to explore the outer islands and getting there in your own boat is half the fun. You can see dolphins, manatees, pelicans, eagles, and a wide variety of wildlife.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter:
Cancellations of 46 or more days prior to arrival: 20% of rental amount is forfeited
Cancellations of 45 or less days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount is forfeited
In addition, a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $50.00 is charged on each reservation.
