LaPlage consists of 11 condominiums all exclusively appointed and highlighted by expansive verandahs ideal for sipping some bubbly while taking in a glowing Gulf sunset.
We own luxurious two condos at LaPlage, offering you the chance to vacation with friends or family, yet enjoy your own privacy. Unit 9 is a direct Gulf front with 3 bedrooms and Unit 2 is a large 4 bedroom condo with views of the Gulf. They are both designed with the finest flooring, fixtures, cabinetry and appliances. The floors and walls are double insulated for added sound proofing. There are high-speed elevators, security system, garage, beachside pool and spa. LaPlage's surroundings boast over 2,500 tropical plantings, from lush Washingtonian palms and sea grapes to flowering crepe myrtles, bougainvellea and hibiscus. LaPlage unit 9 (sleeps 6) is our premier 3 bedroom condo and LaPlage unit 2 is a gorgeous 4 bedroom condo (sleeps 8).
